The Aquatec® Ocean VIP Dual VIP’s tilting function requires minimum
effort due to advanced geometrics. The step less operation is operated
by an ergonomic level activating two gas springs to recline the chair
backwards up to 35° degrees. The stainless steel gas springs are
powerful enough to provide assistance for patients up to 24 stone (150
kg) they are compact enough to allow compatibility with most toilets.
The reclining backrest of the Ocean Dual VIP is adjustable to an
angle of 10° degrees to 50° degrees. The dual back rest can be
retrofitted to existing Ocean VIP and anti tippers are provided to
increase safety even in most extreme positions.
